InvoiceMove.com is a free, browser-based invoice maker app for freelancers, independent professionals, and small businesses. Choose your country, add your details, and turn a few lines of text into a professional invoice.

We’re starting with India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Each version starts with its local currency and offers relevant tax options. More countries will follow, guided by interest from the people who need them.

A small guide to your first invoice

This guide explains how to create an invoice with a reusable business profile. Pick your country and enter your business name. Add your logo and contact details. In the “Customer and items” box, write:

Use the tax buttons to add the relevant tax treatment, then adjust the rate. You can also type a first line such as Invoice to Alex with 10% GST exclusive. “Exclusive” adds tax to your prices; “inclusive” treats tax as already included. Discounts reduce the amount before tax.

Click a name, invoice number, date, quantity, price, or description in the preview to edit it. “Add line item” adds another row. Changing the text prompt rebuilds the item list from what you type, so review any manual edits afterward.

Your logo, at the right size

Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo to display it in the larger logo area in the preview and PDF while preserving its proportions. Your logo saves automatically for this country in this browser and is reused on new invoices. Removing the logo or clearing this site’s stored data removes the saved choice. Private browsing and unavailable browser storage may prevent it from lasting between sessions.

Other documents, the same simple workflow

Choose Quote, Estimate, or Paid Receipt from the document type menu. Click the heading directly in the live invoice preview to use your own wording, such as Tax Invoice or Quotation. Each document type remembers its wording; renaming a paid receipt keeps its paid status. You can also start the prompt with Tax Invoice to Alex or Delivery Note to Alex. A paid receipt is your own record of payment; the app does not verify a payment.

Save a copy, then share it your way

Use “Download PDF” for a finished document, or “Export data” for a machine-readable copy. The data export is a backup for your records; importing it into the app is not currently supported. Email the PDF from your own account or share it using your preferred messaging service.

A note about local storage

For everyday invoice management, use Saved invoices to find and reopen a document. New invoice keeps your business name, logo and contact details while starting a fresh bill with the next number. These records belong to this browser and country version, so download copies you need to keep.

Your invoice data is processed and saved in your browser. We do not receive it. The app does not provide cloud backups, cross-device syncing, payment collection, tax filing, or a customer email service. Clearing site data may remove saved invoices, so download copies you need to keep.
